Job Description
The Sr. Clinical Support Expert is responsible for providing highly specialized support functions dedicated to solving the most complex clinical issues across our solutions. The scope of this job includes demonstrating expert-level knowledge, understanding client needs, and partnering with solution management and support teams to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize strong clinical expertise to help teammates and clients navigate WellSky solutions.
Document Salesforce cases to accurately reflect complete investigation steps taken with resulting outcomes, next steps, and client resolution.
Create and maintain clinical training materials for use by teammates and clients.
Consistently influence strong team and organizational outcomes by maximizing the solution capabilities and client experience with WellSky solutions.
Serve as a clinical knowledge expert within the solution space through formal mentorship, teammate development, and coaching.
Regularly provide guidance and collaboration support during investigations of complex, clinical-related technical issues.
Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
At least 8-12 years relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) or other quality/compliance platforms in regulated healthcare environments
Experience using blood center applications, with exposure to WellSky Blood Management solutions strongly preferred
Job Expectations:
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
