Technical Recruiter About Glimpse Glimpse is the leading AI platform for CPG brands - automating critical back-office workflows like deductions management, revenue recovery, and cash application. Since launching in April 2024, we've grown from 0 to 200+ customers, raised $52M from investors including a16z, 8VC and Y Combinator. Our AI agents retrieve deduction data, validate charges, automate cash application, and dispute invalid claims - work that would take a full-time employee years to complete. For a $1B CPG brand, a single Glimpse agent reviewed 17,000 deductions in under 24 hours, identifying over $10M in recoverable revenue. We're building the next-generation suite of services for consumer brands and are looking for exceptional people to help us scale. The Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to help hiring end-to-end for our Engineering team in New York City. You will report directly to the Head of Talent, and be the primary driver of technical hiring at one of New York’s hottest AI startups. You will be operating in a high-velocity, early-stage environment where the briefs are sometimes ambiguous, the brand is still being built, and the infrastructure you depend on is being designed in parallel with the work. This is also more than a delivery role. You will also be a key contributor and true partner to our CTO and engineering hiring managers. This is an end-to-end role - from implementing, sourcing, helping build playbooks/strategies, and seamlessly scheduling candidates and offering a great candidate experience. What Makes a Glimpse Technical Recruiter - Sourcing Excellence: You know how to find people who do not know they are looking. You have built pipelines in markets without brand recognition, using creative outreach, community mapping, and relentless curiosity. A blank screen does not slow you down. - High-Velocity Operator: You are comfortable running 20+ interviews a week without letting quality slip. You process feedback quickly, keep pipelines moving, and do not lose candidates to slow decisions. - Builder Mentality: You do not just use the system. You improve it. You think in frameworks, build repeatable processes, and leave hiring infrastructure better than you found it. - Own Candidate Experience: Maintain a fast, respectful, and high-quality candidate experience at every touchpoint. In a market without a strong inbound brand, every candidate interaction is brand-building. What We're Looking For Must-haves: - 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting and at least 2 years of experience operating in a startup or growth stage company. - You have the expertise and a track record of recruiting top Engineering talent - A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks - Conduct structured interviews and coordinate hiring processes from first contact through offer - Move quickly without sacrificing quality; maintain a high candidate-to-hire conversion rate - Ability to close 3-4 engineering hires per month - No ego and highly committed to deliver. - Open learning mindset and fast learner, demonstrated capacity to quickly grasp new complex topics - Capability, credibility, and consultative skills to influence senior stakeholders - Comfortable working within the ambiguity of a small, growing startup with a strong desire to turn that ambiguity into a well-defined machine. - Target driven, detail oriented and approachable with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
