Fullstack Engineer ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who thrives in building modern, AI-powered web applications from the ground up. You’ll work across Next.js and Hono.js to deliver high-quality product features, integrating advanced LLM workflows and RAG systems that power real-world automation for sales and marketing teams. Most of our work is greenfield, giving you the opportunity to design and ship scalable systems without legacy constraints. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and building meaningful, user-facing features from concept to production. RESPONSIBILITIES - Build and ship full-stack features using Next.js (App Router) and Hono.js - Design and implement AI-powered workflows, including multi-step and agentic systems - Develop and maintain RAG pipelines (retrieval, embeddings, vector search, prompt orchestration) - Integrate third-party platforms (e.g., Google Calendar, Instantly, CRM tools) - Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to deliver polished UI/UX using TailwindCSS and shadcn/ui - Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following team standards - Optimize performance across frontend and backend for speed and scalability - Participate in code reviews and contribute to a high-trust engineering culture - Support deployment, debugging, and monitoring on platforms like Vercel and Cloudflare REQUIREMENTS - 2–4+ years of experience building full-stack applications with Next.js - Strong experience with App Router, server components, and modern data-fetching patterns - Proven experience integrating LLMs into production systems - Hands-on experience building RAG applications, including: - Data ingestion and chunking - Embedding generation - Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Supabase) - Retrieval and prompt engineering - Experience designing multi-step AI workflows or agent-based systems - Solid understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations - Ability to own features end-to-end with minimal supervision - Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset NICE TO HAVE - Experience with Hono.js or edge runtimes - Familiarity with AI SDKs, tool usage, or function calling - Knowledge of hybrid search, re-ranking, or advanced retrieval techniques - Experience working in early-stage or greenfield environments - Basic DevOps experience (CI/CD, logging, monitoring) WHAT WE VALUE - Ownership and accountability - Clear, readable code - Curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI - Balancing speed with reliability - Thoughtful collaboration and constructive feedback WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON - SaaS features like onboarding, dashboards, and settings - Data-heavy interfaces (tables, detail views) - Integrations with external tools and APIs - AI agents that automate complex workflows for sales and marketing teams
