Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver’s License for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation Sales Specialists (base pay + uncapped commission) Guide customers through a personalized end‑to‑end sales journey by assessing needs, demonstrating product expertise, conducting test drives, and maintaining strong relationships that convert interest into loyal Lucid ownership. Own the sales pipeline and transaction process by managing CRM activity in Salesforce, meeting sales goals, facilitating financing and documentation, and coordinating closely with Financial Services and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth order‑to‑delivery experience. Deliver a premium, brand‑defining experience through clear communication, deep knowledge of the competitive EV landscape, and a goal‑driven mindset that pairs exceptional customer experience with high performance. Salary Range : The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
