Detail-oriented and results-driven Data Quality Analyst II with an extensive background in improving data accuracy, completeness, and consistency in our CRM (Salesforce). Apt at identifying data quality issues, developing processes to clean and maintain data, and providing actionable insights to enhance the overall customer data management strategy. Proficient in data governance, data profiling, and leveraging tools to ensure optimal data integrity for business operations
Responsibilities
Data Enrichment: Regularly audit and clean account data, hierarchies, and territory alignments within Salesforce to ensure accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
Data Quality Monitoring: Manage deduplication processes, data validation, and ongoing quality reporting.
Data Governance: Ensure data management practices align with internal policies, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
Process Improvement: Identify, document, and raise data quality issues regarding system processes and procedures.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with global sales, marketing, and regional teams to drive data issues to resolution.
Reporting: Create and modify Salesforce reports to suit localized and global field needs.
Ticketing Systems Support: Provide timely guidance to end-users with data entry, account creation, and general system requests.
Experience
Minimum of 3+ years of professional hands-on experience in a Data Quality or similar data management role.
Ensuring strict SLAs are met and all data support requests are driven to full resolution.
Successfully leading data quality improvement initiatives for Salesforce to optimize data accuracy
Conducting regular data audits to identify duplicates, missing information, and other discrepancies, while swiftly implementing corrective actions.
Creating automated reports in Salesforce to flag potential data issues in real-time.
You are used to:
Managing and structuring large datasets to prepare them for analytics and mass system uploads.
Working with cross-functional to transform data and increase overall system integrity.
Developing dynamic dashboards and reports to track actionable key data quality metrics.
Thriving in a flexible work environment, managing a hybrid schedule (2 days in-office, 3 days WFH) , and successfully handling PST/rotational shift dynamics .
Consistently adhering to company policies and maintaining a high standard of professional communication (both written and verbal).
Multitasking efficiently between urgent, ad-hoc requests and daily operational commitments.
