Consumers can enjoy a wide variety of cuisines, from Japanese and Western food to healthy options, as well as desserts and drinks, quickly and affordably. The service is currently available mainly in Hokkaido, Tohoku (Sendai), Kanto (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba), Chubu (Aichi,Shizuoka), Kansai (Osaka, Kyoto, Hyogo), Hiroshima, and Kyushu (Fukuoka). Rocket Now won the Excellence Award in the Shopping Category at the Best App Awards 2025. Role Overview
The team is for Merchant Operation plays a core role in the merchant growth of Rocket Now and this position is a highly analytical, strategy-adjacent position designed to bridge the gap between complex data and frontline execution.
You will be responsible for building the analytical frameworks that allow the team to acquire new merchants, support to operate stores without any operational defects, to have visibility platform’s utilization. Beyond external merchants’ insights, you will own the internal performance narrative, designing the dashboards and reporting structures that track target attainment and store-level health for senior leadership.
What You Will Do
Account Performance Goal Tracking
Operational Health: Monitor store-level operational metrics (e.g., online rate, prep times, cancellation rates) to ensure merchants are operating as we believe and maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
QBR/ MBR /WBR
Frameworks: Design the data structures for Quarterly , Weekly, and
Monthly Business Reviews, ensuring the team provides high-value, actionable insights to brand executives rather than raw data.
Performance Accountability: Act as the "source of truth" for account health, identifying which stores are underperforming against internal goals and proposing data-backed interventions.
Reporting, Dashboarding Scalable Solutions
Executive Visibility: Design and maintain automated dashboards that track performance target attainment, pipeline health, and any growth for presentation to senior leadership.
From Insight to Tool: Identify recurring data needs from the account management team and build scalable, repeatable solutions (e.g., automated slide generators or performance calculators) in G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
SQL-Driven Analysis: Independently query large-scale databases to answer bespoke business questions and validate new growth hypotheses.
Cross-functional Collaboration Execution
Work as a thought partner to Account Management
leadership, pressure-testing targets and providing analytical rigor to the territory planning process.
Support alignment across teams by providing a shared analytical language for how we measure "success" for both the partner and the business.
Basic Qualifications
Analytical Mindset: Significant experience in strategy, business intelligence, or data-driven analyst roles. You must be comfortable working independently with large, complex datasets.
