DoorDash Labs is an independent team inside of DoorDash incubating long-term bets and exploring new technologies that can be applied to transform last-mile logistics. We believe in the value of advanced technologies and strive to build meaningful applications of next-generation hardware and software to impact real-world needs.</p> <p>We’re looking for a product manager to help bring autonomous drones and other high-tech automation products to market, at scale. This role will focus on building the product platforms, tooling, and workflows required to enable autonomous operations and support successful program launches.</p> <p>You will work closely with engineering, design, and ops to define and deliver products that operate at the intersection of software, hardware, and real-world constraints.</p> <h2><strong>You're excited about this opportunity because you will…</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Drive the product definition, strategy, and long term vision of DoorDash robotics and autonomous delivery products</li> <li>Own cross-functional work streams spanning a broad group of stakeholders including software and hardware engineering, design, operations, legal, policy, communications, and business development.</li> <li>Lead product development across the full lifecycle, from early discovery and development through launch, commercialization, and scaling</li> <li>Build and evolve internal platforms and tools that support autonomous operations and day-to-day workflows</li> <li>Partner closely with operations and flight teams to translate real-world needs into scalable product solutions</li> <li>Define KPIs and success metrics, and communicate product strategy and results to key stakeholders including the leadership team</li> <li>Refine requirements based on the product strategy and business needs</li> <li>Ensure products are launch-ready by aligning technical, operational, safety, and regulatory considerations</li> <li>Work with a world-class team of engineers and business leaders to bring autonomy-powered solutions to life</li> </ul> <h2><strong>We're excited about you because…</strong></h2> <ul> <li>You have 5+ years of Product Management experience in robotics, autonomy, AI, or other complex technical products. Preferably products involving both hardware and software</li> <li>You have experience in driving product strategy, vision, and roadmap alignment </li> <li>You want to own a product across the full lifecycle from product development, through launch, commercialization, and scaling</li> <li>You love digging into data: defining metrics and KPIs based on product goals, owning reporting via dashboard and data visualization, and are familiar with SQL.</li> <li>You’re a hands-on owner, willing to drive execution in addition to strategy</li> <li>You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating real-world constraints</li> <li>You are a skilled communicator, and have experience crafting and presenting product and business reviews to senior executives</li> <li>You approach product management with empathy for users</li> </ul> <p> </p><br><p style="font-weight: 500">Notice to Applicants for Jobs Located in NYC or Remote Jobs Asso ...
