We’re a menu company at heart – customers eat with their eyes, and every order depends on the quality, accuracy, and richness of a merchant’s menu. The work you do will shape how restaurants tell their story, how customers decide what to order, and how AI can responsibly unlock creativity and quality at scale. You’ll help define how merchants capture, enhance, and manage photos, videos, and metadata using AI to reduce friction, improve quality, and empower merchants to represent their food and brand authentically.

This is a senior IC role with meaningful autonomy and influence. You’ll help shape the team’s roadmap, navigate ambiguity independently, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and cross-functional stakeholders across Merchant and Consumer teams to evolve how menus work across the platform.

What You’ll Do

Set direction and own end-to-end design for core menu experiences, including rich media capture, enhancement, and management workflows bringing clarity and momentum to complex, multi-channel product challenges

Make the power of GenAI accessible to merchants from all walks of life, making advanced capabilities from photo and video capture to content enhancement and metadata generation feel simple, trustworthy, and approachable

Use AI across the design workflow to ideate, prototype, validate concepts, and improve team efficiency—partnering closely with engineers on feasibility and implementation

Collaborate and influence cross-functionally, building trust with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, and business partners

Ship work with impact, prioritizing effectively and delivering outcomes that improve merchant expression, customer trust, and business results

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience designing and shipping complex product experiences, ideally in B2B, platform, or systems-heavy environments

Strong interaction, visual, and systems de ...
