The team is based in Austin, TX -- remote is not an option**</strong></h2> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do </strong></h2> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain software using modern languages. </li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. </li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across various programming languages and technologies. </li> <li>Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and provide technical support when required. </li> <li>Mentor and guide other engineers, promoting best practices in software development. </li> <li>Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and maintainable systems. </li> <li>Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into our products where applicable. </li> <li>Contribute to the overall architecture and technical strategy of the company.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>About You</strong></h2> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a startup environment. </li> <li>Proficient in Typescript, and/or Python, Java, Go, C#, or PHP</li> <li>Strong technical skills and experience working with developer tools and APIs. </li> <li>Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including TypeScript.</li> <li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. </li> <li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment. </li> </ul> <h2><strong>Nice To Have</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Deep technical expertise in SDKs and Docs. </li> <li>Experience creating technical content, such as documentation and tutorials. </li> <li>Experience working in a distributed organization, and ability to collaborate with teams in different time zones and cultures.</li> </ul> <p>The reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $180 to $204,000 plus a competitive equity package.
