This role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure new business while expanding existing accounts. This role is essential for driving significant revenue growth and reinforcing Deel’s commitment to meeting the unique needs of its clients.What You’ll DoEstablish and develop a strategy for identifying and closing net new logosFocus on demand generation activities to drive pipeline growthWork with in-country AEs on opportunities they have sourcedNavigate an enterprise to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in, and close deals with C-level executives with primary focus on HR and Payroll managersCollaborate and lead successful execution of sales activities through contract negotiation and sign contracts with internal and external teamsEffectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentationsWork closely with your dedicated SDR in executing your GTMManage all sales activity and monthly forecasting of revenue in SalesforceWhat We’re Looking ForPHD – Passion, Heart and Desire to build your own legacy at DeelSelf-driven HUNTER with a growth mindsetEntrepreneurial DNA (job will include high and low tasks)“Just do it attitude”Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AE selling PEO/EOR/HR solutions at a unicorn start-up or a tech companyDemand generation will be key for success which means strong experience in prospecting and self-generating pipelineProven ability to develop champions and execute a complex sales cycle where leveraging internal resources will be key– “Win-as-One”Experience with process/playbook selling is a plus (i.e. MEDDIC, Challenger, Customer centric or similar)Experience at a start-up or in a scrappy, fast-moving enviro ...
