This is a critical role - you’ll shape how we partner with customers to drive adoption, value, and measurable business impact.You’ll work across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to design solutions that unlock value at scale. This is not just implementation - it’s about architecting customer success, proving what’s possible, and accelerating customers toward full platform maturity.You will be both strategic advisor and technical architect, helping customers:Make the right technical decisionsDeploy the product and integrations successfullyOperationalize change and scaleConnect use cases to business outcomesThis role blends technical hands-on depth, commercial awareness, executive influence, and platform thinking.What you’ll doLead customer implementations end-to-end, ensuring adoption, measurable outcomes, and long-term scalability.Design architectures that map Synthesia’s capabilities to high-value customer use cases.Partner with Sales on solution scoping, proposals, API demos, and deal strategy.Build proofs of concept to demonstrate the art of the possible and accelerate customer buy-in.Create playbooks, frameworks, and integration patterns that help us scale how we deliver value.Act as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders — including VP- and C-level audiences.Collaborate with Product and Engineering to bring the voice of the customer into platform evolution.Contribute to platform thinking — helping shape how we scale Synthesia from product → ecosystem.What we’re looking for5+ years in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Pre-Sales within a SaaS environmentStrong project & stakeholder management across multiple workstreamsHands-on experience working with APIs, workflows, or integrationsExcellent storytelling and communication skills — able to engage technical and executive teamsA commercial mindset — understanding how architecture drives adoption, retention, and expansionProven experience building scalable frameworks, architectures, or delivery modelsCuriosity, initiative, and a builder mentality — with comfort navigating ambiguity in a high-growth environmentWe are targeting a range of $140,000-$230,000 depending on experience
