This role sits at the intersection of engineering and revenue generation. You’ll combine technical creativity with commercial impact to define what GTM engineering looks like at an AI-first company.You’ll work directly with RevOps and Sales to build automated workflows, integrations, and AI-powered systems that fuel pipeline growth in the US market. And yes, you’ll be using Dust to build Dust’s GTM engine.This is a unique opportunity to shape an emerging discipline at a company helping define the future of work.ResponsibilitiesBuild Automated GTM SystemsDesign and implement end-to-end outbound workflows using our GTM stack (Dust, CommonRoom, Clay, Lemlist, HubSpot)Identify high-intent prospects, enrich data, generate personalized outreach, and route qualified leadsBuild scalable systems that continuously improve prospecting efficiencyHelp define what world-class GTM engineering looks like as the discipline evolvesEnable Sales ImpactAutomate repetitive GTM workflows to increase team productivityDevelop playbooks and train Sales teams on automation toolsHelp Sales focus on high-value conversations while reaching significantly more prospectsPipeline Optimization & ExperimentationOwn outbound campaigns end-to-end with clear pipeline generation targetsTrack performance metrics and optimize based on dataDesign and run rapid A/B experiments to improve messaging, targeting, and workflow efficiencyScale successful experiments into repeatable playbooksRequirements1-3 years of experience in an operations or engineering-focused roleTechnical fluency with SaaS tools, APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, and basic scriptingStrong interest in AI and its role in transforming GTM strategiesBusiness-oriented mindset with an understanding of sales processes and commercial outcomesData-driven approach to experimentation and optimizationScrappy, resourceful problem solver comfortable working in fast-moving environmentsNice to have:Familiarity with tools in our GTM stack (Dust, Clay, CommonRoom, Lemlist, Default, HubSpot)Experience in early-stage startups or high-growth environmentsProgramming experience in Python or JavaScriptYou should still consider applying, even if you don’t strictly meet all the requirements above, as long as you have the desire and determination to put your experience in the service of our users.
