We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.</span></p></div><h2 data-path-to-node="2">What You Bring</h2> <ul data-path-to-node="3"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Senior Systems Ownership:</strong> 5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Engineering, with a specific focus on <strong data-path-to-node="3,0,0" data-index-in-node="124">Integrated Flight Control Systems (FCS)</strong>, <strong data-path-to-node="3,0,0" data-index-in-node="165">Environmental Control Systems (ECS)</strong>, and high-complexity avionics suites.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering. You understand the "why" behind signal integrity and system logic.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Electronics Harness Credibility:</strong> Deep technical knowledge of <strong data-path-to-node="3,2,0" data-index-in-node="63">IPC-620 (Wire Harness)</strong> and <strong data-path-to-node="3,2,0" data-index-in-node="90">IPC-A-610 (PCB/PCBA)</strong> standards. You can walk a supplier’s floor and identify risks in automated wire processing, crimp integrity, and soldering of flight-critical components.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Functional Testing Mastery:</strong> Proven ability to troubleshoot "box-level" issues on-site, from <strong data-path-to-node="3,3,0" data-index-in-node="92">Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs)</strong> to complex Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) and functional bench testing.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">APQP for Systems:</strong> Strong command of <strong data-path-to-node="3,4,0" data-index-in-node="36">AS9145 (APQP/PPAP)</strong>.
