You have a proven track record of owning quality for <strong data-path-to-node="3,0,0" data-index-in-node="174">composite airframe structures</strong>, bonded assemblies, and precision metallic components.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Materials, or Manufacturing Engineering.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Tactical Shop Floor Leadership:</strong> You are a "shop floor" engineer. You have the hands-on experience to troubleshoot complex issues at supplier sites—specifically in <strong data-path-to-node="3,2,0" data-index-in-node="163">cleanroom layup, infusion, autoclave/oven cure cycles</strong>, and primary structural assembly.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">APQP Champion:</strong> Deep proficiency in <strong data-path-to-node="3,3,0" data-index-in-node="35">AS9145 (APQP/PPAP)</strong> and <strong data-path-to-node="3,3,0" data-index-in-node="58">AS9100</strong>. You know how to guide a supplier through the rigors of a production ramp while ensuring First Article Inspections (FAI) are robust and meaningful.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Root Cause Mastery:</strong> Ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex <strong data-path-to-node="3,4,0" data-index-in-node="75">RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action)</strong> using 8Ds, Fishbone, and 5-Whys.
