We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.</span></p></div><p>What you will do:<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Lead automation efforts for multiple integrated test environments and hardware-in-the-loop platforms</li> <li class="li1">Define test strategies and automation roadmaps aligned with program milestones<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li> <li class="li1">Develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks</li> <li class="li1">Develop automated test sequences covering flight controls, actuation,<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>electric engine and high voltage systems<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li> <li class="li1">Integrate automated sequences into real-time simulation environment</li> <li class="li1">Establish regression testing, automated reporting, and data analysis pipelines</li> <li class="li1">Integrate CI/CD concepts into testing</li> </ul> <p>What you need:<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, Aerospace engineering<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>or related field</li> <li class="li1">7+ years of experience in system-level test/ automation for complex embedded or aerospace systems</li> <li class="li1">Strong programming skills in Python, C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, or LabVIEW</li> <li class="li1">Demonstrated experience automating HIL labs for safety-critical systems</li> <li class="li1">Hands-on experience with simulation and test platforms (NI Veristand, dSpace)</li> </ul> <p>Bonus qualifications</p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Understanding of<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>FAA certification (ARP4754A, DO-178C, DO-254)</li> <li class="li1">Knowledge of model-based design and verification workflows</li> </ul> <h5>At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business.
