The intern will work closely with Salesforce developers, data engineers, and sales stakeholders to design, build, and enhance Salesforce applications, including AI-powered solutions that improve sales productivity, forecasting, and customer engagement.WHAT WE OFFER :Paid, full-time internships in the heart of the software industryPost-internship career opportunities (full-time and/or additional internships)Exposure to a fast-paced, fun and inclusive cultureA chance to work with world-class experts on challenging projectsOpportunity to provide meaningful contributions to a real system used by customersHigh level of access to supervisors (manager and mentor), detailed direction without micromanagement, feedback throughout your internship, and a final evaluationWHAT WE EXPECT :Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program during the time of the internshipDesired Class Level: Currently pursuing a Bachelors/MastersDesired majors: Computer Science, Data Science or a Related FieldBasic understanding of Salesforce platform and/or Object Oriented Programming fundamentalsExperience with Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languagesUnderstanding of object-oriented programming and basic data conceptsWHAT YOU WILL LEARN / GAIN :Assist in developing and customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and VisualforceSupport Salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reportsBuild AI-driven sales solutions using SnowflakeIntegrate Salesforce with external AI/ML services and data platforms using REST/SOAP APIsAssist with data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation for sales use casesParticipate in testing, debugging, and deployment of AI-enabled Salesforce featuresCollaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and cross-functional teamsDocument technical designs and AI solution workflowsRequired QualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldBasic understanding of Salesforce platform and/or Object Oriented Programming fundamentalsExperience with Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languagesUnderstanding of object-oriented programming and basic data conceptsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components or other Object Oriented programming languagesKnowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML formats, related integration frameworksExperience with Git or other version control systemsSalesforce certifications or Trailhead badges (nice to have)Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data.
