You will serve as a trusted advisor and operator, driving executive messaging across internal and external platforms while ensuring alignment, consistency, and impact.This role is for a communications leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution and who is comfortable influencing at the highest levels of the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Communications LeadershipServe as a core communications partner for Snowflake’s corporate leadership, supporting a broad range of internal and external communications initiativesShape executive messaging and positioning, and tone to ensure clarity, credibility, and alignment with company strategyExecutive Messaging & Thought LeadershipLead development of executive messaging, talking points, and written communications across key moments including company milestones, financial announcements, cultural initiatives, and strategic prioritiesShape and produce executive thought leadership content, including social media posts, op-eds, and long-form narratives, in close partnership with PR, social, and marketing teamsBriefings & Strategic MaterialsOwn creation of executive briefing materials for speaking engagements, employee forums, and key communications engagementsSynthesize complex business and technology topics into concise, executive-ready messagingCommunications Planning & GovernanceBuild and manage a centralized view of executive communications activity, including speaking engagements, announcements, and leadership momentsMaintain and evolve a centralized executive messaging library to ensure consistency and reuse across teamsCross-Functional AlignmentPartner closely with Marketing, PR, Investor Relations, People, and Product Communications to align executive messaging across audiences and channelsEnsure executive communications reinforce Snowflake’s broader narrative, values, and strategic prioritiesInternal Communications & Employee EngagementSupport leadership communications for company-wide moments such as All Hands and employee announcementsPartner with People Communications to support leadership messaging related to culture, talent, and organizational changeResearch & Strategic Opportunity IdentificationEvaluate and prioritize external forums, events, and awards that advance Snowflake’s executive visibility and thought leadership goalsProvide strategic recommendations on where and how senior leaders should engageAbout You8–12+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, or related roles, ideally in a high-growth or enterprise technology environmentProven experience supporting C-suite and senior executives with high-stakes communicationsExceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong executive judgmentStrategic thinker who can zoom out to shape narrative and zoom in to execute flawlesslyHighly organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing competing priorities with senior stakeholdersStrong collaborator who can influence without authority and navigate complex organizationsFamiliarity with enterprise technology, data, AI, financial communications, or people-related communications strongly preferredWhy Join Snowflake?At Snowflake, you’ll help define how our most ...
