Our goal is to make developers orders of magnitude more efficient by removing the need to manage infrastructure when developing software. By building tooling for infrastructure automation, we seek to make people 100x more effective, and build 100x more impactful systems. Building leverage is a core part of what we do. We need a t-shaped growth marketer to excel in at least one of our growth programs: SEO/AEO, brand, partnerships, or lead capture. In this role, you will both draft growth programs and implement their v0 by getting into the code. You are an engineer at heart who wants to bring amazing technologies to developers’ fingertips through widening channels beyond owned ones. Here is a three-part blog series that will help you see the unique ways our team works (Parts 1 , 2 , 3 , and 4 ). “Products are made in a factory but brands are created in the mind.” - Walter Landor Required Qualifications/Experience Expect to need all of these, day to day, to excel at Railway Experience expanding earned or paid channels including everything from creator networks to digital and out-of-home advertising to referral programs Technical acumen deep enough to test templates, make technical SEO improvements, or create demos for new campaigns Passion for building snowballing organic campaigns and experiments with a data-driven mindset A deep understanding of the developer tools market An interest in computing infrastructure in particular Clear and succinct communication skills Experience working remotely in a highly autonomous environment Desired Qualifications/Experience Expect to learn quickly and become prolific: Foundation setting in organic and ecosystem growth Quick impact in technical and content SEO Knowledge of effective developer tool awareness channels Data-driven values, to measure the impact of the program Strong production intuition combined with basic engineering experience to make code updates and build programs yourself Technical curiosity to test new technologies We value and love to work with diverse persons from all backgrounds Things to know For better or worse, we're a startup; our team dynamics are different from companies of different sizes and stages.
