As our Developer Infrastructure Tech Lead, you’ll design and drive the systems that make our engineers faster, safer, and more effective.You’ll shape our CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and infrastructure strategy, ensuring we can scale effectively in a fast-moving startup environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll architect solutions, guide best practices, and work closely with feature teams to remove friction from the development lifecycle.</p> <h3>In this role you will:</h3> <ul> <li>Architect, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD systems that go beyond off-the-shelf solutions.</li> <li>Define and implement strategies to maximize developer productivity, from build tooling to dev workflows.</li> <li>Push the boundaries of how AI can be applied to developer workflows, experimenting with novel tools and approaches to unlock new levels of engineering productivity.</li> <li>Partner with engineering teams to improve service-based architectures and streamline deployment processes.</li> <li>Mentor and guide other engineers in building reliable, high-performance developer infrastructure.</li> <li>Balance short-term fixes with long-term vision in a fast-paced startup environment.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>You have:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Proven experience designing and building CI/CD systems from the ground up.</li> <li>A strong understanding of developer productivity challenges and how to address them.</li> <li>Deep experience with service-based architectures and Kubernetes.</li> <li>Experience leading technical initiatives and collaborating across teams.</li> <li>Comfort operating in a dynamic, unstructured startup environment.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience with Bazel or other advanced build systems.</li> <li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (especially GCP).</li> <li>Familiarity with observability platforms and monitoring best practices.</li> <li>Prior experience scaling infrastructure in a high-growth startup.</li> </ul> <h3>Employee Benefits:</h3> <ul> <li>Flexible work hours</li> <li>Competitive salary Equity</li> <li>Tools Stipend</li> <li>Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance</li> <li>Short Term and Long Term Disability</li> <li>Unlimited Paid Time Off + Holidays.
