In our fast-paced urgent care clinics, you’ll work closely with a collaborative team to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives, ensuring they receive accurate diagnoses and the best possible treatment. </p> <p>If you’re passionate about patient care and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to have you join our team! </p> <p><em><strong>As a Travel RT, you’ll earn competitive hourly pay and receive a monthly travel stipend as an incentive for regular travel throughout your assigned region.</strong></em></p> <h3><strong>Travel Expectations</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>District Coverage:</strong> All clinic sites in Eastern Massachusetts (click <a href="https://convenientmd.com/locations/">here</a> to view locations), including but not limited to those across both the North and South Shores.</li> <li><strong>Scheduling Flexibility: </strong>Successful candidates will be—</li> </ul> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Willing to support multiple clinic locations based on daily operational needs.</li> <li>Comfortable providing coverage to nearby clinics during a shift, as needed.</li> <li>Open to consistent or prolonged assignments at a single clinic.</li> <li>Able to step in during call-outs or urgent staffing situations.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Your Impact </strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Radiologic Procedures Imaging: </strong>Prepare and perform radiologic procedures following ConvenientMD and ARRT protocols.</li> <ul> <li>Operate radiographic, fluoroscopic, and portable equipment, ensuring proper radiation safety and adhering to ALARA principles.</li> <li>Position patients for optimal imaging and completed document studies in EMR and PACS.</li> <li>Collaborate with radiologists for study interpretation, manage discrepancies, and coordinate outside imaging requests.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Clinical Support: </strong>Efficiently switch between RT and Medical Assistant responsibilities.</li> <ul> <li>Conduct patient intake, including vital signs, medical history, and observational examination.</li> <li>Provide laboratory and diagnostic testing, screenings, and treatment for acute and chronic illnesses as ordered by provider.</li> <li>Perform a variety of testing procedures, including vision, hearing, drug screening, pulmonary function testing, and point-of-care diagnostics (e.g., strep, flu, RSV, glucose, urinalysis).</li> <li>Maintain clean, sterile exam rooms and instruments to ensure a safe clinical environment.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Patient Interaction: </strong>Support clinical care standards by adhering to ConvenientMD policies and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. </li> <li><strong>Quality Assurance Inventory Tracking: </strong>Manage radiology supply inventory and submit orders as needed.</li> <ul ...
