The team is responsible for driving SOX readiness, strengthening ICFR, and enabling process improvements across the business.</p> <p data-start="581" data-end="1151"><strong data-start="581" data-end="599">About the Role:</strong></p> <p data-start="581" data-end="1151">In this role, you will lead the design, execution, and maturity of our end-to-end SOX program, with a focus on business process controls across inventory, supply chain, lease accounting, and related operational workflows. You will work cross-functionally to build a scalable SOX framework, guide process owners through control design and remediation, and manage key stakeholder relationships—including internal and external auditors. You will own execution from roadmap through reporting, ensuring our control environment keeps pace with company growth and system complexity. This role reports to the Senior Director of SOX.</p> <h3 data-start="1158" data-end="1177"><strong data-start="1160" data-end="1175">Who You Are:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CPA, CIA, or CISA strongly preferred.</li> <li>10+ years of Internal Audit, SOX, or internal controls experience, ideally with a combination of Big 4 and in-house leadership roles in a high-growth technology or operations-intensive environment.</li> <li>Strong experience with inventory processes and controls (e.g., costing, cycle counts, WIP, standard cost, ERP integrations, supply chain operations).</li> <li>Hands-on experience with lease accounting (ASC 842), including completeness controls, system/process integration, and financial reporting impacts.</li> <li>Proven success in designing, implementing, and maturing SOX programs, ideally in a pre-IPO or newly public company.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive cross-functional accountability.</li> <li>Track record of efficiently navigating deficiency mitigation and driving timely remediation.</li> <li>Experience optimizing and automating control environments while maintaining compliance requirements.</li> <li>Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and influence at all levels.</li> <li>Experience working with AuditBoard or similar SOX management platforms.</li> <li>A self-starter mindset with the ability to operate with urgency, ownership, and strong business judgment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Wondering if you’re a good fit? </strong><strong>We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversi ...
