Playing a central role in CoreWeave’s growth strategy, this team is engaged in streamlining and coordinating the domains of node provisioning, hardware RMA, datacenter operations, and platform services into a cohesive, zero-touch, and high-reliability engine of fleet management.</p> <h3><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>About the role:</strong></span></h3> <p>We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join the Box-Office Team to help us build, run and refine our automation reliability, efficiency, scalability and user experience. This individual will join a team of mixed-skill engineers focused on all aspects of hardware lifecycle management. As a member of the Box-Office Team, you would have the opportunity to:</p> <ul> <li>Develop applications, user experiences, reporting automations, API endpoints, and other fleet management tooling and UIs.</li> <li>Assess and improve existing User Interfaces, adding new features and simplifying the user experience.</li> <li>Resolve integration challenges between our infrastructure and our vendors’ APIs, focusing on making the interactions plain to understand and robust.</li> <li>Design and implement solutions to fascinating problems at scale for multi-site deployment and management of CoreWeave’s global hardware fleet, including interfaces for managing the deployment and maintenance of said fleet.</li> <li>Create test plans, deployment automation, dashboards, alerts, and insights into our fleet operations as well as participate in the Fleet Provisioning Automation on-call rotation.</li> <li>Grow, change, invest in your teammates, be invested-in, share your ideas, listen to others, be curious, have fun, and, above all, be yourself.</li> </ul> <h3><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Who You Are: </strong></span></h3> <p>We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match.
