The team partners closely with Security, Business Development, PeopleOps, and Corporate functions to deliver resilient, standardized, and automation-first IT solutions that support CoreWeave’s rapid growth.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>About the Role</strong><strong><br></strong>As the Senior IT Systems Engineer, MA, you will own the end-to-end technical integration experience for all CoreWeave acquisitions. You’ll design and execute scalable, secure, and repeatable MA integration frameworks—from technical due diligence through day-one readiness and post-close stabilization. This role is highly visible and cross-functional, requiring deep technical expertise across identity, SaaS platforms, and enterprise IT systems, as well as the ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. You’ll be instrumental in building the playbooks and standards that enable CoreWeave to scale through acquisition.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and maintain CoreWeave’s MA playbooks, runbooks, operating frameworks, and tooling to enable repeatable and predictable integrations.</span><br><br></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Own the full technical MA lifecycle, including IT due diligence, day-one integration, and post-close stabilization.</span><br><br></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Build and execute detailed integration roadmaps with clear milestones, risk tracking, and stakeholder visibility.</span><br><br></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner closely with Enterprise Security to ensure all integrations meet CoreWeave’s security and compliance standards.</span><br><br></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise collaboration platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Teams, Box, GitHub, and SharePoint.</span><br><br></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Design and implement modern identity architectures, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, SSO/MFA, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, and identity federation models.</span><br><br></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Execute tenant-to-tenant migrations, coexistence strategies, and service rationalization plans.</span><br><br></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Drive consolidation to CoreWeave-standard platforms to improve operational simplicity and scalability.</span><br><br></li> <li style="fon ...
