The team focuses on identifying high-value problems and delivering scalable, industry-leading AI agents that materially improve how CoreWeave operates.</span></p> <h2 data-start="588" data-end="606"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">About the Role:</span></h2> <p data-start="607" data-end="1209"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The AI Growth Product Manager, Agents will own the strategy, roadmap, and growth of AI agents that power CoreWeave’s internal teams and workflows. On a day-to-day basis, you will identify high-impact use cases, design and launch agents, and continuously iterate based on data and user feedback. You will define how agents are sourced, built, evaluated, and scaled—whether developed in-house or with external vendors. This role requires close collaboration with business leaders, engineering, and IT to deliver agents that integrate deeply with enterprise systems and drive measurable business outcomes.</span></p> <h2 data-start="1211" data-end="1226"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Who You Are:</span></h2> <ul data-start="1227" data-end="2303"> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1227" data-end="1363"> <p data-start="1229" data-end="1363"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">5–8 years of product management or closely related experience, including hands-on work with AI-, ML-, or automation-powered products</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1364" data-end="1498"> <p data-start="1366" data-end="1498"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven experience taking AI or data-driven products from concept to launch and driving adoption across multiple teams or functions</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1499" data-end="1699"> <p data-start="1501" data-end="1699"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Working knowledge of GenAI concepts (LLMs, embeddings, retrieval, prompt design, evaluation) and experience with AI platforms and APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Cohere, Glean, Perplexity, or similar</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1700" data-end="1836"> <p data-start="1702" data-end="1836"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience defining and owning product roadmaps with measurable outcomes (e.g., time saved, risk reduced, decision quality improved)</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1837" data-end="1993"> <p data-start="1839" data-end="1993"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated ability to design and run experimentation frameworks, pilots, and A/B tests, using data ...
