Your work will directly impact the security and productivity of both our internal teams and our enterprise customers.</p> <ul> <li>Architect, develop and optimize CoreWeave’s next-generation IAM platforms and services</li> <li>Lead technical decisions on authentication, authorization, and access control technologies</li> <li>Drive research into leading technologies, techniques, and designs for secure and resilient IAM experiences for both B2B and B2C use-cases</li> <li>Collaborate closely with security, infrastructure, and product teams to build scalable, resilient IAM solutions</li> <li>Drive innovation by leveraging modern technologies to solve complex identity management challenges</li> <li>Mentor engineering team members, championing best practices and high-quality software delivery</li> </ul> <p>Investing in our people is one of our top priorities, and we value candidates who can bring their diversified experiences to our teams. We'd love to talk about whether this aligns with your experience and interests and what you’re excited to work on next.</p> <h3><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Who You Are</strong></span></h3> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience building software, with significant experience in IAM solutions</li> <li>Deep technical expertise in identity standards and protocols (OIDC, OAuth, SAML)</li> <li>Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Go, Python, Java)</li> <li>Demonstrated experience designing and deploying scalable, secure software in cloud-native environments</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Expertise with access control policy DSLs and mechanisms, (e.g. ReBAC, RBAC, ABAC)</li> <li>Experience with zero-trust architectures and identity-centric security frameworks</li> <li>Familiarity with Kubernetes, container security, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)</li> </ul> <h3> </h3> <h3><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Why CoreWeave?</strong></span></h3> <p>At CoreWeave, we work hard, have fun, and move fast!
