The team partners closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Construction, and Sales to ensure OFCI equipment and professional services are sourced competitively, reliably, and at scale across CoreWeave’s expanding portfolio.</p> <h3><strong>Category Strategy Planning</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Develop and execute category strategies for assigned OFCI equipment and professional services</li> <li>Translate capital plans and sales forecasts into rolling 12-month sourcing and budget plans</li> <li>Provide accurate cost, schedule, and risk inputs to Development and Program teams</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Strategic Sourcing Commercial Execution</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead RFPs, negotiations, and contract awards to secure commercial value, risk mitigation, and performance commitments</li> <li>Support sales by providing competitive NRC pricing for customer deals as required</li> <li>Ensure sourcing strategies align with CoreWeave policies, standards, and long-term business objectives</li> <li>Own procurement and delivery oversight for data center fit-out categories, including mechanical and electrical infrastructure such as HACs, CACs, RPPs, power distribution, cooling systems, controls, fire/life safety, and low-voltage systems, ensuring alignment with design standards, project schedules, cost targets, and supplier performance expectations.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Supplier Performance Risk Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Establish and track supplier KPIs (cost, delivery, quality, capacity, responsiveness)</li> <li>Lead supplier performance improvement initiatives and periodic business reviews</li> <li>Assess market conditions and develop contingency plans to mitigate supply and capacity risk</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Data, Governance Process Excellence</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Maintain sourcing documentation, business process flows, and training materials</li> <li>Continuously improve sourcing processes to increase speed, quality, and total cost of ownership outcomes</li> <li>Partner with stakeholders to assess business impacts and manage sourcing-related risks</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Construction Project Support</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Support construction teams by sourcing OFCI equipment and construction-related services aligned to project schedules</li> <li>Resolve technical or commercial sourcing issues in collaboration with engineering and project teams</li> <li>Ensure suppliers receive and execute against the latest design standards and specifications</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Supply Chain Logistics Coordination</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Track equipment inventory and recommend redeployment to avoid unnecessary capital spend</li> <li>Procure and manage logistics, storage, rigging, and transportation services as required</li> <li>Support receiving transactions and documentation within Workday for audit complian ...
