We enable CoreWeave’s rapid growth by designing, maintaining, and scaling the systems that power our end-to-end hiring experience. Our work ensures recruiting operations are efficient, compliant, data-driven, and seamlessly integrated with the broader HR and financial ecosystem.</span></p> <p data-start="746" data-end="1370"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">About the Role<br></span></strong><br data-start="764" data-end="767"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">CoreWeave is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer, Talent Acquisition to support and scale our recruiting technology ecosystem. In this role, you will own the day-to-day configuration, optimization, and reliability of Talent Acquisition systems, primarily Greenhouse, while partnering closely with Workday and downstream integrations. You’ll work hands-on with recruiters, HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to translate business needs into scalable system solutions. This role is critical to delivering a best-in-class hiring experience as CoreWeave continues to grow at pace.</span></p> <p data-start="1372" data-end="1396"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Key Responsibilities:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="1399" data-end="1480"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Design, configure, and maintain Talent Acquisition systems, primarily Greenhouse.</span></li> <li data-start="1483" data-end="1619"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and IT to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable system solutions.</span></li> <li data-start="1622" data-end="1718"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Configure recruiting workflows, business processes, conditional rules, and system notifications.</span></li> <li data-start="1721" data-end="1801"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage system security, roles, and permissions related to recruiting and hiring.</span></li> <li data-start="1804" data-end="1912"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support recruiting metrics and leadership insights.</span></li> <li data-start="1915" data-end="2091"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support and enhance integrations across the recruiting ecosystem, including HRIS (Workday), headcount planning, onboarding, background checks, assessments, and finance systems.</span></li> <li data-start="2094" data-end="2173"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Troubleshoot system issues and partner with vendors to drive timely resolution.</span></li> <li data-start="2176" data-end="2233"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support system testing, upgrades, and release management.</span></li> <li data-start="2236" data-end="2321"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop system docum ...
