You’ll partner with hiring managers and recruiters to identify top talent, manage pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.</p> <p>This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoys managing both volume hiring and corporate roles with a mix of creativity and precision.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage <strong>full-cycle recruiting</strong> for high-volume and corporate and technical roles within Data Center Operations roles (e.g., Technicians, Logistics/Inventory, Facilities, Security).</li> <li>Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs, priorities, and hiring timelines.</li> <li>Execute effective <strong>sourcing strategies</strong> to attract diverse and qualified candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, military outreach, referrals, etc.).</li> <li>Manage <strong>candidate pipelines</strong> across multiple locations, maintaining strong communication and engagement throughout the process.</li> <li>Schedule and conduct <strong>candidate screens</strong>, assess alignment, and move qualified candidates through the hiring funnel efficiently.</li> <li>Collaborate with the broader TA team to drive process consistency, data accuracy, and operational excellence.</li> <li>Maintain recruiting metrics and report on progress, highlighting challenges or opportunities to improve time-to-fill and candidate quality.</li> <li>Support hiring across <strong>domestic and international markets</strong> (experience with EMEA or Canada a plus).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of <strong>full-cycle recruiting experience</strong>, with at least 2 years in <strong>a data center environment or related environment</strong> (data center, manufacturing, logistics, or similar environment preferred).</li> <li>Experience recruiting for both <strong>high-volume and corporate roles</strong> in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.</li> <li>Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and major ATS platforms (Greenhouse experience a plus).</li> <li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities—able to handle large pipelines and multiple open roles at once.</li> <li>Clear communicator with a professional and approachable style.</li> <li>Highly collaborative, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.</li> <li>Experience supporting <strong>international hiring</strong> or working across multiple geographies is a strong plus.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation Range:</strong> $55-$65/hr during contract duration</p> <p><em>Actual compensation will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location.
