In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in leading the cross-functional efforts from concept to mass production, ensuring the timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of our innovative networking products that power the future of AI.</p> <p>You will navigate the complexities of hardware development cycles, collaborate with world-class engineers, and influence strategic decisions to bring groundbreaking technology to market.</p> <p><strong>The Technical Program Manager will</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and drive the end-to-end NPI process for next-generation AI-scale networking hardware, from initial concept and architecture definition through design, validation, manufacturing, and production ramp.</li> <li>Develop comprehensive program plans, roadmaps, and schedules, defining key milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.</li> <li>Partner closely with Product Management, Hardware Design, Firmware, Software, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.</li> <li>Manage System Integrators (SI) to deliver on the required schedule, quality, and rack configurations for each NPI platform. </li> <li>Anticipate and identify potential risks, proactively develop mitigation strategies, and drive timely resolution of technical and logistical challenges.</li> <li>Manage and track program progress against established timelines, budget, and quality metrics.</li> <li>Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings, design reviews, and status updates, ensuring clear communication and accountability across all stakeholders.</li> <li>Communicate program status, risks, and critical decisions to senior leadership and executive stakeholders with clarity and conciseness.</li> <li>Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the NPI process.</li> <li>Engage in technical discussions with engineering teams, challenge assumptions, and contribute to problem-solving.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.</li> <li>7+ years of experience in technical program management within the hardware industry, with a strong focus on Networking hardware technologies.</li> <li>Strong understanding of networking architectures, optics, NICs, and system-level integration.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of networking hardware and software interoperability</li> <li>Strong knowledge of end to end networking hardware and software long term roadmaps</li> <li>Demonstrated experience delivering complex hardware products from concept to mass production.</li> <li>Solid understanding of hardware development lif ...
