As an <strong>Global Growth Manager</strong>, you’ll be part of a high-performing team with backgrounds spanning Stanford, Princeton, MIT, investment banking, corporate strategy, and high-growth startups. What unites us? A shared drive to make a meaningful impact and solve tough problems. In this role, you’ll lead pipeline generation and acquisition strategy for Verkada’s core product suite within Fortune 500 companies. You’ll build and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs and work closely with sales leadership to shape and scale our go-to-market strategy. This is a highly visible, high-autonomy role that offers the opportunity to directly influence Verkada’s growth in one of our most strategic verticals. This role will report into our Growth Lead.</p>
<p>We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires that you be on-site at our HQ in San Mateo, CA 5 days a week (with flexible hours).</p>
<h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Pipeline Generation Strategy:</strong> Develop and execute strategies that drive pipeline growth through ABM for Fortune 500 companies. You will get a large set of accounts that are of strategic importance to Verkada's growth. You will be in charge of the budget and the entire strategy to help our sales team win these logos. </li>
<li><strong>Scalable Infrastructure:</strong> Design and manage a scalable, repeatable framework for automated and ABM campaigns. Ensure seamless execution across multiple marketing channels to maximize impact and performance.</li>
<li><strong>Audience Data Strategy:</strong> Own the data strategy for audience segmentation, intent signal identification, and the optimization of demand capture programs. Leverage data to create highly targeted marketing efforts that drive engagement and conversions.</li>
<li><strong>Campaign Execution Optimization:</strong> Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns—from planning to execution to performance analysis. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns, running experiments to improve outcomes and reporting key metrics.</li>
<li><strong>Cross-Department Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with internal teams across data science, marketing development representatives (MDRs), marketing operations, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaign success. Drive alignment on priorities and share insights to refine strategies.</li>
<li><strong>Performance Monitoring Insights:</strong> Track and analyze key campaign metrics. Regularly communicate insights and learnings across departments to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>At least 4-6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally focusing on specific accounts.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of ABM strategies, tapping into multiple channels - digital and outbound (webinars, direct mail, email, content syndication).</li>
