The ideal candidate will provide technical and operational support to employees in the San Mateo office while working with our HQ IT team to maintain high standards across the company. Our goal is to make work easier and more efficient for everyone by fixing problems, improving processes, and supporting the business with all its IT needs.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <p>The ideal candidate should have both technical and operational experience, supporting a regional and diverse team in an IT support role.
