Founded in 2016, Verkada has expanded rapidly with 15 offices and 2,200+ full-time employees.</p></div><h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3> <p>As Verkada continues to scale, we’re expanding our Recruiting Operations team to further optimize how we attract, assess, and hire top talent globally. We’re looking for a Recruiting Operations Manager to drive key initiatives that improve recruiter productivity, candidate experience, and overall operational efficiency.</p> <p>This individual will serve as a critical partner to Recruiting and People Operations, helping design scalable processes, implement and enhance recruiting technologies, and lead high-impact programs focused on hiring effectiveness, data quality, and process optimization.</p> <p>We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires that you be on-site at our office in San Mateo, CA 5 days a week.</p> <h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-start="173" data-end="272">Serve as the subject matter expert for recruiting systems (Greenhouse, Workday) and integrations.</li> <li data-start="173" data-end="272">Scope, test, and launch new tools and enhancements that improve recruiter efficiency and productivity.</li> <li data-start="390" data-end="485">Identify and implement process improvements that reduce manual work, shorten time-to-hire and enhance the candidate experience.</li> <li data-start="488" data-end="585">Lead operational programs focused on interviewer effectiveness and offer approval optimization.</li> <li data-start="588" data-end="700">Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, People Systems, and Business Operations on system and process initiatives.</li> <li data-start="703" data-end="803">Create documentation, training, and communication plans to support adoption of new tools and workflows.</li> <li data-start="806" data-end="912">Collaborate with Recruiting to track KPIs, surface insights, and drive continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-start="2647" data-end="2736">5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations or a related function.</li> <li data-start="2739" data-end="2837">Strong knowledge of ATS/HRIS systems (Greenhouse, Workday) and the recruiting/HR tech ecosystem.</li> <li data-start="2840" data-end="2964">Proven success improving and scaling recruiting processes through automation and workflow design.</li> <li data-start="2967" data-end="3069">Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.</li> <li data-start="3072" data-end="3219">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical and non-technical partners.</li> <li data-start="3222" data-end="3324">Strong project management skills with experience leading implementations or process rollouts.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Employee Benefits</strong></h3> <p>Verkada is committed to fostering a workplace environment that prioritizes the holistic health and wellbeing of our employees and their families by offering comprehensive wellness perks, benefits, and resources.
