As our Senior Recruiter, you will partner with our Marketing leaders to recruit passionate, driven talent to join our world-class marketing organization. You will have high visibility and a direct impact on marketing recruiting for current and future offices, working in collaboration with high-impact teams. This role will report into our Recruiting Manager.</p>
<p>We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires that you be on-site at our HQ in San Mateo, CA 5 days a week.</p>

<h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage full cycle end-to-end recruiting (sourcing, screening, process driving, and closing).</li>
<li>Develop relationships with key stakeholders in marketing and across the company. </li>
<li>Create the framework and gather market data to assist in launching net new positions. </li>
<li>Think outside of the box to engage with top talent</li>
<li>Track and document candidate communications in ATS (Greenhouse).</li>
<li>Deliver a high-touch, high-quality, transparent, and honest candidate experience.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience at a strategic search firm, a startup or equivalent.</li>
<li>Strong ability to influence with data. </li>
<li>Ability to navigate and push through adversity in a fast-paced, start-up environment.</li>
<li>Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities.</li>
<li>Commitment to excellence and finding the top 1% of candidates.</li>
<li>Willingness to go above and beyond for the candidate experience. </li>
<li>Executive presence, coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>
