We are one of the fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley and you will be essential to the continuous growth!</p> <p><strong>This position is on-site in San Mateo, CA; not remote.</strong></p> <h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Full cycle end-to-end recruiting (sourcing, screening, process driving, and closing)</li> <li>Develop relationships with the Software Engineering team to collaborate during the hiring process</li> <li>Make compelling presentations to all candidates about Verkada and the Software Engineering Organization</li> <li>Strategize and develop unique ways to engage top talent: Use strategic platforms and creative engagement strategies to source excellent talent and actively source passive candidates (IC, Manager+)</li> <li>Manage a full cycle recruiting process, keeping a strong pipeline and managing the interview schedule</li> <li>Track and document candidate communications in ATS (Greenhouse)</li> <li>Deliver a high touch, high-quality transparent, and honest candidate experience.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree</li> <li>5+ years of successful full cycle technical recruiting experience</li> <li>Strong ability to influence using collaboration</li> <li>Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast-paced, start-up environment</li> <li>Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities</li> <li>Commitment to excellence and top performance</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Local to the Bay Area - HQ in San Mateo, CA (or open to relocation)</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Employee Benefits</strong></h3> <p>Verkada is committed to fostering a workplace environment that prioritizes the holistic health and wellbeing of our employees and their families by offering comprehensive wellness perks, benefits, and resources.
