AR/AP Manager

One person, one GPU.If you'd like to build the world's best AI cloud, join us.*Note: This position requires presence in our San Francisco or San Jose office location 4 days per week; Lambda’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.What You’ll DoOversee the end to end AP process including vendor onboarding, 3 way match, invoice processing, payment runs and Corporate Credit Card transactionsOversee the end to end AR process including customer billing, collections and cash applicationPartner closely with applicable internal stakeholders to support each process end to endBuild and refine credit, collections, and dispute resolution processesStrengthen internal control environment and support SOX / IPO readiness initiativesSupport system implementations, upgrades, and integrations (e.g., ERP, billing, procurement systems)Assist with audit requests and compilation of supporting documentationManage and mentor a growing team of AR/AP specialists, providing coaching and developmentSet performance expectations, ensure accountability, and foster a culture of continuous improvementYou (Add bullet points)Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred5+ years of progressive AR/AP experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or lead roleExperience working within a high-growth or rapidly changing environment is strongly preferredStrong working knowledge of NetSuiteExperience with AR/AP workflow tools (ChargeBee, Bill.com, Coupa, Tipalti, Zip, etc.)Proficiency in Excel or Google SheetsStrong understanding of accounting principles and month-end close processesDemonstrated ability to streamline processes and implement automationExcellent communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder managementNice to HaveExperience working in a fast paced, high-growth technology environmentExperience with AI, SaaS, or consumption-based business modelsDemonstrated skill in process automation and system implementationsComfort handling ambiguity and working with minimal supervisionInitiative to apply knowledge and recommend well-considered improvementsSalary Range InformationThe annual salary range for this position has been set based on market data and other factors.
