This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by cultivating a high-performing, accountable sales team, building scalable processes, and aligning closely with cross-functional partners. As a key player in Deel’s growth strategy, this leader will own and exceed sales targets while contributing to the broader success of the Immigration business.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on SMB and B2C customers.Recruit, retain, and nurture top sales talent with a focus on continuous growth and development.Foster a high-performance, goal-oriented culture that consistently achieves and exceeds revenue targets.Implement scalable sales processes and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the team.Monitor pipeline, activity, and forecasts, proactively adapting strategies as needed.Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Customer Success, Support, and Revenue Operations to drive alignment and shared success.Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize performance and address KPI trends.Drive new business and expansion opportunities through both outbound prospecting and co-prime/overlay sales models.QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of experience in sales leadership within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.1+ years of experience managing sales teams, including responsibility for coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.Strong knowledge of SMB and B2C sales strategy, pipeline management, and performance analytics.Expertise in outbound sales, co-prime/overlay sales models, and closing contracts with annual commitments.Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline, coach C-level selling, and deliver data-dr ...
