Job Description

Stockpile is on a mission to make investing more accessible, educational, and engaging—especially for families and first-time investors. We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and fast-moving video editor to help us bring our content to life.  You’ll be the editing brain behind our long form YouTube content and paid ad campaigns, helping us deliver high-quality, on-brand content that educates, entertains, and converts.  PLEASE INCLUDE A PORTFOLIO IN YOUR APPLICATION. What You’ll Do:  ● Edit long-form YouTube videos (10–20 mins), including interviews, tutorials, and series-style content.  ● Create high-performing ad creatives for YouTube and Google using existing and new footage.  ● Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure storytelling aligns with Stockpile’s tone and goals.  ● Add motion graphics, captions, and light animations to enhance content and improve viewer retention.  ● Implement feedback quickly and deliver drafts on a tight schedule.  ● Optimize videos for platform-specific formats and trends. ○ Example video 1  ○ Example video 2   What We’re Looking For:  ● Proven experience editing long-form YouTube content and digital ads (portfolio required).  ● Strong command of pacing, narrative structure, and visual storytelling.  ● Skilled in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar professional tools.  ● Familiarity with YouTube SEO best practices, CTAs, and visual hooks.  ● Bonus: Experience with finance, fintech, or educational content.  ● Excellent communication, responsiveness, and ability to self-manage.  Perks:  ● Competitive hourly/project-based rate  ● Flexible, remote work  ● Opportunity to shape the visual direction of a growing brand  ● Work on content that genuinely helps people build financial literacy and confidence  Apply Now:  Send your portfolio, rates, and availability and let’s make money talk cool, clear, and clickable.
