In this high-impact, high-autonomy role, you’ll shape our local growth strategy and drive both lead generation, pipeline nurturing and general awareness efforts.Your responsibilities will span organizing events and webinars, producing thought leadership content, optimizing nurture sequences, crafting sales collateral, identifying top-tier partnership and sponsorship opportunities, and collaborating with the performance marketing team on retargeting and ABM initiatives.RequirementsProfessionally fluent Korean & English speakerPrevious experience owning a pipeline generation targetProven ability to plan and execute high-impact demand generation campaigns (e.g., webinars, white papers, e-books, paid media)End-to-end ownership of Enterprise events, user conferences, and industry tradeshowsStrong product marketing instincts: understanding the customer base and crafting compelling positioning and messagingAct as the local DRI for the marketing operating cadence (weekly pipeline/scoreboard, cross-functional alignment, vendor orchestration)Ability to identify emerging trends, buying-cycle shifts, and tech priorities to inform strategyExperience monitoring campaign performance, producing executive-level reporting, and recommending optimizationsSelf-starter with strong ownership, autonomy, and a bias toward actionBonus Exper ...
