As a key member of the leadership team, you will own the Korea strategy & execution, build a world-class culture, and ensure our Korea business aligns with and contributes to our overall business strategy and goals.ResponsibilitiesRevenue Growth Strategy & Targets: Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy to meet the company’s goals in the Korea market.Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and assess the competitive landscape.Lead Generation: Devise strategies to generate high-quality leads and convert them into sales.Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and strong conversion rates.Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to promote ongoing business.Brand Positioning: Ensure that the ElevenLabs brand is effectively positioned in the Japanese market to attract and retain clients.Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and business development team.Performance Management: Implement performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure the team meets or exceeds targets.Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance s ...
