You’ve designed for scale, governance and collaboration across teams including permissions, environments, observability and failure modes included and you’re comfortable making deeply complex systems feel coherent and simple.AI: This team is perfect for designers who've worked on AI tools, agents, or builders and want to push the boundaries of AI-powered automation. You'll define the future of AI-powered workflows.Growth: We're seeking a designer who thrives on rapid iteration and experimentation. You have experience optimizing onboarding and activation flows, you're motivated by moving metrics, and you excel at testing, learning, and iterating quickly.Marketplace: This role is ideal for designers experienced with multi-sided platforms (like e-commerce or talent marketplaces) where you balance distinct needs of the supply and demand sides.
