If you’re excited to solve some of the world’s biggest problems and build AI that can reason on real-world tasks, apply to join us.About the RoleAs a Partner Marketer at Cognition, you will drive how we collaborate with cloud providers, consulting firms, and technology partners to expand Cognition’s reach and accelerate adoption of Devin and Windsurf. You’ll play a key role in identifying which partners can best amplify our narrative, open doors to new customer segments, and increase credibility with enterprise engineering teams.You’ll work closely with Partnerships, Sales, and Product Marketing to prioritize partners, develop joint value propositions, and deliver co-marketing programs that create pipeline and grow partner-sourced revenue. This role blends strategic selection with hands-on execution: you’ll help determine where Cognition shows up through partners—then design how we show up with quality and precision.In this role, you will:Support partner prioritization by assessing alignment, reach, and potential impact on Cognition’s core narratives and GTM goalsDevelop joint messaging and solution stories that clearly articulate the value of partnering with Cognition for enterprise engineering organizationsPlan and execute co-marketing initiatives including launches, webinars, solution briefs, digital campaigns, events, and workshopsWork with cloud and consulting partners to build integrated motions that expand Cognition’s distribution and deepen engagement with technical buyersManage partner presence at strategic industry events and ensure alignment between partner programming and Cognition’s overall GTM motionCreate partner-facing enablement materials—messaging guides, training resources, product content, and marketing kits—to scale our reach through partner teamsCollaborate with Sales and Partnerships to ensure partner activities translate into pipeline, co-selling momentum, and measurable business outcomesTrack and report performance of partner programs, using insights to guide future investment and partner selectionRequirements for the role:Experience in partner marketing, alliances marketing, or product marketing for a technical or enterprise software companyAbility to work cross-functionally and influence Sales, Partnerships, and Product teamsStrong written and verbal communication skills, especially when translating technical concepts into partner-ready narrativesProven ability to run integrated marketing programs and measure their impactComfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with high expectations for qualityAnalytical mindset—you know how to evaluate program performance and adjust based on resultsYou might excel if you…have experience working with cloud partners (AWS, Azure, GCP) or enterprise technology ecosystemspreviously built partner programs at a high-growth startupenjoy crafting narratives and packaging complex value propositionsare comfortable engaging directly with partner executives and technical leadersthrive in environments where you're simultaneously strategic and hands-onare ambitious, customer-obsessed, and excited to scale Cognition’s partner ecosystem
