This role is responsible for ensuring strong financial and cost controls across one or more campuses, partnering closely with construction managers, general contractors, and vendor teams.The Campus Project Controls Manager plays a hands-on role in managing budgets, forecasting cash flow, reviewing contractor pay applications, and maintaining disciplined cost and change management processes.
