We are building at a pace and scale that requires construction leaders who can manage complex projects from structural build-outs through full interior fit-out and readiness for operations.As a Construction Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction - including site development, structural/base building, MEP systems, interior build-outs, and final turnover. You will manage cost, schedule, quality, safety, and vendor relationships across large-scale industrial projects that integrate both core/shell construction and data-center tenant-improvement scopes.This role is ideal for professionals who excel at coordinating multiple trades, navigating complex technical requirements, and delivering high-quality facilities on time and on budget.What You'll Be Working On:Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope, MEP infrastructure, and interior/TI build-outManage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, and safetyOversee data halls, electrical/mechanical rooms, offices, finishes, HVAC distribution, and interior layout changesMaintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change ordersConduct site inspections and enforce QA/QC and safety standardsCoordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teamsProvide updates on progress, risks, milestones, and costEnsure compliance with building codes, permitting, and standardsWhat You'll Bring to the Team:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field5+ years in construction management (base build + TI preferred)Experience with large commercial/industrial projectsStrong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systemsProficiency with Procore, Primavera/MS Project, BluebeamExcellent vendor, schedule, and communication skillsAbility to travel ~30%Bonus PointsData center or mission-critical experienceManaged $100M+ project scopesLean construction or sustainability experienceHeavy MEP or electrical systems backgroundBenefits:Industry competitive payRestricted Stock Units in a fast growing, well-funded technology companyHealth insurance package options that include HDHP and PPO, vision, and dental for you and your dependentsEmployer contributions to HSA accountsPaid Parental LeavePaid life insurance, short-term and long-term disabilityTeladoc401(k) with a 100% match up to 4% of salaryGenerous paid time off and holiday scheduleCell phone reimbursementTuition reimbursementSubscription to the Calm appMetLife LegalCompany paid commuter benefit; $300/monthCompensation RangeCompensation will be paid in the range of up to $135,000 -$170,000 + Bonus.
