In this pivotal role, you'll drive the agenda of Crusoe Energy's People Team, forming strong partnerships with fellow People Team members, employees, and leaders at all levels to guide and implement effective people strategies. Your responsibilities will include organizational development, change management and fostering employee growth, mobility and engagement. This role will be focused on our Real Estate Team, which focuses on the development of our data centers, and is one of the fastest growing organizations at Crusoe! You'll contribute to the refinement and execution of the Real Estate team that enhance organizational functionality, employee development, team member retention, and overall company performance while supporting Crusoe Energy's growth trajectory. What You'll Be Working On:Partner with People Team Leaders and Leadership to create pragmatic, strategy aligned HR strategies and programs; including performance management, management excellence programs, and compensation reviewsDevelop and implement programs that will drive positive change and impactGuide managers on career pathing and leveling, skill and professional developmentServe as a point of contact for employees; helping them navigate professional or personal issues that impact their work and career growthCollaborate across peer groups to meet business needsLead day-to-day activities related to HR policies, processes, and programsTrack and analyze key indicators of organizational health and recommend ways to improve value through pulse surveys, or other toolsDrive initiatives to foster employee engagement, improve retention rates, and enhance overall job satisfactionProactively strive to maintain a positive work environment that respects and supports inclusion, diversity, employee morale and overall well-beingConduct organizational assessments, talent gap analyses, and structure recommendations to align business strategy with HR initiativesFacilitate off-boarding for voluntary and involuntary terminations, when necessaryWhat You'll Bring to the Team:10+ years of experience working as an Employee Business Partner with an ability to foster positive relationships between employees and an organization resulting in evidence of favorable outcomesAbility to travel about 30% of the timeYou have specific experience working with software, data center, and real estate populations.You have experience working with employees globallyYou have proven ability to leverage deep understanding of the business strategy, plan, and value creation levers to provide insight and leadership into organizational effectiveness, talent planning, and talent developmentYou have proven ability to leverage data of many forms to drive actionable insights and demonstrable impactYou are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous and/or iterative fact-sets, decisioningYou are highly organized, process-oriented, excellent follow-through and reliable - nobody ever questions if you'll do what you say you're going to do. You communicate status updates regularly to build trust with colleagues and leadersYou have the ability to take initiative and work autonomously – and can conceive, develop and project manage key work from beginning to endYou demonstrate a high level of discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive mattersYou have proven expertise in consultation, investigations, guidance, policy development ...
