In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our rapidly growing business functions. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of success, deep expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle, and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.What You'll Be Working On:Partner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor and business partnerManage the full-cycle recruiting process while ensuring a high-quality candidate experienceDevelop and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreachConduct candidate interviews, provide timely updates, and lead compensation negotiationsCreate intake forms and collaborate with hiring managers to structure interview processesWhat You'll Bring to the Team:4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a variety of roles across manufacturing in a high volume settingStrong sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other toolsExperience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environmentsSkilled in salary and equity negotiationProven ability to consistently meet or exceed hiring goals (e.g., 5+ hires per month)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalHighly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skillsData-driven, with the ability to use recruiting metrics and market trends to guide hiring strategyExperience maintaining detailed documentation in an ATSWillingness and ability to travel as neededBenefits:Industry competitive payRestricted Stock Units in a fast growing, well-funded technology companyHealth insurance package options that include HDHP and PPO, vision, and dental for you and your dependentsEmployer contributions to HSA accountsPaid Parental LeavePaid life insurance, short-term and long-term disabilityTeladoc401(k) with a 100% match up to 4% of salaryGenerous paid time off and holiday scheduleCell phone reimbursementTuition reimbursementSubscription to the Calm appMetLife LegalCompany paid commuter benefit; $300/monthCompensation RangeCompensation will be paid in the range of up to $115,000 - $140,000 + Bonus.
