In this role, you will own end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical teams, partnering closely with hiring leaders to attract top talent in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.The ideal candidate has a strong hiring track record in the Israeli market, thrives in dynamic environments, and brings exceptional sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.This is an onsite role based in our Tel-Aviv office (5 days/week).What You'll Be Working On:Partner with hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor, aligning on requirements, market insights, and hiring strategyLead the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering a best-in-class candidate experienceBuild and nurture diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, community engagement, and local market mappingConduct interviews, provide timely feedback, and lead compensation discussions aligned to the Israeli marketDesign and optimize interview processes, scorecards, and hiring workflowsProvide market intelligence on local salary benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor hiring trendsMaintain accurate recruiting data, documentation, and insights within our ATSWhat You'll Bring to the Team:6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and business roles in IsraelDeep expertise in sourcing passive talent (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, local tech communities, employee referrals, sourcing tools, etc.)Experience hiring in fast-growth startups or scale-up environmentsStrong understanding of Israeli compensation trends, equity norms, and negotiation best practicesProven ability to manage high hiring volume while maintaining quality and speedExceptional communicator with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholdersHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneouslyData-driven, using metrics and market insights to shape hiring decisions and strategyExperienced in working with ATS systems and structured interview processes.Bonus Points:Experience hiring across a mix of engineering, product, sales, operations, and corporate functionsEstablished networks within the Tel-Aviv tech ecosystemBackground hiring in companies with global reach or multi-site coordinationBenefits: Crusoe also offers a competitive benefits package designed to support financial security, health, and overall well-being.
