They will support the Recruiting Department by creating and coordinating an array of complex administrative recruiting and HR-related processes. These processes shape the way candidates view our company and can greatly influence hiring outcomes.The Recruiting Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Recruiting team and employees at all levels of the company to support candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding process. The role will play a large part in ensuring a rich candidate experience as well as representing the company’s brand. You will have the opportunity to use your wide degree of creativity, personal organization, and proactive problem solving to this role.What You’ll Be Working OnCoordinate and manage complex, multi-stakeholder interview schedulingPartner closely with executive assistants and senior leaders to align on priorities and ensure seamless coordinationEnsures job descriptions are current, compliant, and maintained; partners with Managers to write/edit job descriptions as neededHelps maintain relationships with outside recruiting partners and vendors such as colleges/universities, employment agencies, external recruiters, websites, etc.Maintain data accuracy and compliance within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting toolsIdentify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and elevate the executive candidate experienceWhat You’ll Bring to the Team3+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator, executive assistant, or similar role supporting senior or executive-level hiringExceptional communication skills — polished, professional, and approachable across all interactionsProven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and sound judgmentStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environmentA collaborative, proactive mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with recruiters, leaders, and executive assistantsKeen attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering a premium, white-glove candidate experienceBenefitsIndustry competitive payRestricted Stock Units in a fast growing, well-funded technology companyHealth insurance package options that include HDHP and PPO, vision, and dental for you and your dependentsEmployer contributions to HSA accountsPaid Parental LeavePaid life insurance, short-term and long-term disabilityTeladoc401(k) with a 100% match up to 4% of salaryGenerous paid time off and holiday scheduleCell phone reimbursementTuition reimbursementSubscription to the Calm appMetLife LegalCompany paid commuter benefit; $300 per monthCompensation RangeCompensation will be paid in the range of up to $71,400 -$84,000 + Bonus.
