This role is critical to maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency of our recruiting ops function focusing on Recruiting tools and operational hygiene. You'll be the expert ensuring our systems drive both efficiency and data-driven decision making across the entire recruitment lifecycle.What You'll Be Working On:Responsible for system administration, troubleshooting, and supporting process improvements across our recruiting platforms.Drive recruiting excellence through technology ensuring we are using the right tools, implementing the best processes, and making data informed decisionsServe as subject matter expert and system administrator for Ashby (ATS) and TeamOhana (Headcount Management Tool)Own configurations, workflow management, permissioning, troubleshooting, user support, and regular system auditsAnalyze and refine TA processes through deep system and data analysis to increase recruiter productivity, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfactionAssist in the rollout of new features, enhancements, and system updates across Recruiting platformsEnsure data integrity and compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g., EEO, OFCCP, GDPR), manage audits, and implement best practices for managing sensitive candidate dataWhat You'll Bring to the Team:Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experienceAshby ATS experience or equivalent3+ years working directly with Recruiting systems as an analyst, administratorDeep understanding of modern end-to-end recruiting processes and systemsExperience with systems integration, API utilization, and data flow mapping acrossExcellent communication skills; able to translate technical issues for non-technical audiences and vice versaCommitted to high standards of accuracy, data privacy, and ethical handling of informationBenefits:Industry competitive payRestricted Stock Units in a fast growing, well-funded technology companyHealth insurance package options that include HDHP and PPO, vision, and dental for you and your dependentsEmployer contributions to HSA accountsPaid Parental LeavePaid life insurance, short-term and long-term disabilityTeladoc401(k) with a 100% match up to 4% of salaryGenerous paid time off and holiday scheduleCell phone reimbursementTuition reimbursementSubscription to the Calm appMetLife LegalCompany paid commuter benefit; $300/monthCompensation RangeCompensation will be paid in the range of up to $103,950 - $126,000 + Bonus.
