You will be embedded into a product area, be pro-active and take initiative to work collaboratively with other functions. You’ll work on defining the problem, conducting early research, defining the interactions, creating clear artifacts that guide decision making and execution.This is a 12-week in-person program based in our Bay Area offices. While we have two locations- Sunnyvale and San Francisco, most events and programming will take place in San Francisco.What You'll be working on: Own the design from start to finish for AI developers and platform engineersIdentify user and business needs in partnership with product, marketing, and data scienceCreate sketches, flows, prototypes and high fidelity visuals for your features in FigmaEnsure a high quality implementation by working closely with engineeringStrong ability to iterate through the design process, give and receive critiques and rapidly incorporate feedbackWhat you’ll bring to the team:Currently pursuing a degree in Design or a closely related field, graduating Fall 2026 or Spring 2027A demonstrated baseline in interaction design and visual design skills with a portfolio of workBackground in B2B software, developer platforms or technical toolsAn ability to express ideas through design prototyping and codeAn eagerness to learn and a demonstrated self-starting initiativeBonus Points:An interest in design tools and design systemsExcellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to build great relationships and convey/ debate design rationaleHigh empathy for the user, striving to understand and empower themKnowledge or interest in the building blocks of a neo cloud and/or ai developer tools toolsBenefits:Compensation will be $1,690/per week and a one-time housing stipendAccess to HealthiestYou and CalmPaid Holiday and Volunteer DaysCommuter AllowanceInternship Dates:May 18, 2026 - August 7, 2026May 26, 2026 - August 14, 2026June 15, 2026- September 4, 2026Statistics from our 2025 Program:Interns would rate their overall internship experience a 4.45/591% of interns would recommend this internship to a friend or peer93% of interns would recommend their manager to participate in the program again next year94% of interns would recommend their mentor to participate in the program again next yearCrusoe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
