Your work will directly impact user safety and platform integrity, making it a more trustworthy place for our community.Check out our Suno version of the job here!What You'll DoBuild and maintain data pipelines for bot detection and content moderation using Python, Snowflake, and DagsterDesign and implement anomaly detection systems to identify suspicious patterns in user behavior and platform activityDevelop internal tools and dashboards for Trust & Safety operations and investigationsHelp improve detection algorithms and reduce false positivesBuild automated systems for content moderation, user verification, and abuse preventionAnalyze large datasets in Snowflake to uncover new attack vectors and improve existing detection methodsWork closely with product and engineering teams to implement Trust & Safety features at scaleHelp finance teams reduce fraudulent transactions and chargebacks by identifying and preventing payment abuseWhat You'll Need3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, fraud detection, or content moderationStrong Python and SQL skills (5+ years preferred)Experience with data engineering tools and pipelines (Dagster, Airflow, or similar)Proficiency with SQL and data analysis (Snowflake experience preferred)Experience building internal tools and dashboards for operational teamsUnderstanding of statistical analysis and anomaly detection techniquesExperience with real-time systems and event-driven architecturesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailKnowledge of anti-abuse techniques, bot detection, and content moderation systemsBachelor's degree or equivalent required.Nice to HaveExperience with machine learning pipelines and model deploymentBackground in cybersecurity or anti-fraud systemsKnowledge of behavioral analytics and user journey analysisExperience with A/B testing and experimentation in Trust & SafetyAdditional NotesApplicants must be eligible to work in the US.Perks & Benefits for Full-Time EmployeesCompany Equity Package401(k) with 3% Employer Match & Roth 401(k)Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance (PPO w/ HSA & FSA options)11 Paid Holidays + Unlimited PTO & Sick Time16 Weeks of Paid Parental LeaveCreative Education StipendGenerous Commuter AllowanceIn-Office Lunch (5 days per week)Suno is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
